The 2025 debut product in the B&W brand line is an advanced class of over-ear headphones. This model is notable for supporting multiple connection options, both wired (using a USB-C interface and cable) and wireless — via Bluetooth v5.3 with a range of up to 10 meters. Significant design features include rotatable ear cups, ear pads made from quality faux leather, and an improved headband that combines stylish design and ergonomics, aiming to ensure a comfortable fit even during prolonged music listening.
The B&W PX7 S3 over-ear headphones are equipped with 40 mm dynamic drivers and adaptive active noise cancellation ANC. For voice communication, the system features 8 microphones (4 on each ear cup) with its noise reduction — ADI Pure Voice. Indirect confirmation of excellent sound quality and clarity is the minimal harmonic distortion coefficient (less than 0.1%) and support for the premium aptX Lossless codec.
The outstanding functionality of the model is emphasized by the presence of a transparency mode, Multipoint option, autopause, and flexible extended settings within the Bowers & Wilkins Music mobile app. Thanks to the built-in battery, users can expect a good period of autonomous work, up to 30 hours, plus fast charging — a 15-minute charge cycle provides an additional 7 hours of music listening. Also noteworthy is that the package includes a sturdy case for storage and transportation.
