A corded planer from the professional Heavy Duty tool line, designed for intensive work with heavy loads. With a power of 850 W and a drum rotation speed of up to 14,000 rpm, the Bosch GHO 40-82 C Professional 060159A760 planer ensures productive work and high quality processing of hard and soft wood. The cast sole is 82 mm wide. The planing depth is adjusted in the range from zero to 4 mm using a rotary handle, the scale of which is marked in 0.1 mm increments.

The maximum depth of the quarter sample is 24 mm. To facilitate the formation of chamfers on the ends and edges of the boards, the tool has V-shaped grooves on the sole. The planer also boasts the presence of a "soft start" function, thanks to which the motor starts without a jerk, and constant electronics that automatically maintains a constant rotation speed of the knife under load. The chip ejection can be to the left or to the right. The plane comes complete with a plastic case, a parallel stop, a depth gauge and a grinding wheel for sharpening the knife.
