The top model of the Chieftec PowerPlay Gold line of high-efficiency power supplies, which includes three models with output power of 550, 650 and 750 watts. Fully complies with the ATX 12V v2.3 standard, equipped with an APFC module, can operate in a wide range of supply voltages (from 100 to 240 V). Due to the latter circumstance, the unit is not sensitive to voltage drops in east european power networks. It has a stylish exterior design and a fully modular design of the cable subsystem. In addition to standard lines (ATX 24-pin and EPS/ATX12V 8-pin), it comes with a pair of cables with two PCIe 8-pin (6+2) connectors on each. This allows you to power two high-performance graphics cards in an AMD Crossfire X or Nvidia SLI configuration. The Chieftec PowerPlay Gold GPU-750FC power supply...is positioned as a mid-range product designed to power top-end gaming systems equipped with flagship graphics cards with a TDP of up to 300W. In addition, the block is suitable for overclocking experiments with a significant increase in the supply voltage of the CPU and GPU Power Limit. The state-of-the-art hardware platform with LLC resonant converter, synchronous rectifier and DC-DC converters provides excellent output voltage stability and 80 Plus Gold level energy efficiency (87% efficiency). Due to the use of durable Japanese capacitors, high reliability and long service life of the device are guaranteed.

How to choose a power supply for a PCBasics of choosing a reliable and balanced power supply for your home, office and gaming computer
Besides the appearance, there's nothing else to be pleased about. I do not recommend it.
20 February 2022
I bought this 750W unit and initially liked everything except for the fan. If you have quiet fans (low-noise ones), like Be quiet or Noctua, believe me, you'll hear it 100% for sure. Initially, for the first few weeks, I didn't put any load on the computer, as I didn't have time for gaming and only used it in office mode. Later, when I had more time, I encountered an issue: under load, the computer would start to restart and shut down. I spent a long time trying to figure out the cause until I started swapping components borrowed from friends randomly. By replacing it with another unit, everything started to work smoothly. During the unit load in OCCT, I noticed voltage drops on the 12V and 5V lines.

The unit was sent for service under warranty, returned unsuccessfully, and was sent for service again. This process took several months and caused a lot of stress until the store refunded my money. It turned out that not only was the product from Chieftec not very high quality, but their service was also very unprofessional. Therefore, if you encounter a defect, proving it will be very difficult.
Disabling the CO at low load.
It's been a long time, yet Chieftec still hasn't learned to include quiet (quality) fans in their units.
Ihoruse Chieftec GPU-750FC few months
