Sami-Open Design \| Ventilated Comfort and Minimised Sound Leakage The headphones' semi-open design, with ventilation ports and damping filters, eliminates the "stuffy" feel typically associated with closed-back headphones. The result is a more open soundstage, clearer mid-to-high frequencies, as well as more natural and transparent vocals. Compared to full open-backed headphones, the damping system controls air flow to minimise sound leakage.
