The third generation of one of the most popular fitness trackers in the US and European markets. Compared to its predecessor, the model features a compact elongated dial with a 0.7-inch diagonal. The screen is based on an AMOLED matrix with touch control and supports the Always-On Display function. Despite switching to a more energy-intensive display, the bracelet's battery life remains at the same level, averaging 10 days of operation on a single charge.
The fitness tracker displays information about calls, messages, and notifications from the smartphone, measures various health and sports activity indicators, including the ability to determine heart rate in real-time (including heart rate variability), counts steps taken, measures blood oxygen saturation, and records physical activity time and distance covered. The gadget has also learned to track sleep quality and maintain a women's calendar.
In comparison, the Inspire 2 was limited to a heart rate monitor, pedometer, calorie counter, and physical activity tracker. Along with the bracelet, the manufacturer introduced several new exercise modes, including high-intensity interval training, weightlifting, and dancing. In total, the bracelet supports more than 40 different types of physical activity. The design of the Inspire 3 resembles Mi Band fitness trackers: the device is a compact plastic capsule that fits into a silicone strap slot and is worn on the wrist. The water resistance parameters are WR50, allowing for hand washing and even swimming in a pool. Energy-efficient Bluetooth version 5.0 is used for pairing with a smartphone. The bracelet can display information about text calls and messages received on the smartphone.

Decent battery life
The fitness bracelet has a battery life of up to 10 days. Of course, in practice, this depends on the intensity of use of the sensors and the Always On mode - under high load, the tracker will work much less. The device connects to a smartphone via the Fitbit app for Android and iOS, but some features, such as advanced sleep analytics and daily assessment of readiness for training, are available only with a paid Fitbit Premium subscription.
