The fifth generation of one of the most popular fitness trackers on the US and European markets. Compared to its predecessor, the model received a compact oblong dial with a diagonal of 0.7 inches. The screen is based on an AMOLED matrix with touch control and support for the Always-On Display function. Despite the transition to a more energy-intensive display, the autonomy of the bracelet remained at the same level and averages 10 days of operation on a single battery charge.
The fitness tracker displays information about calls, messages and notifications from a smartphone, measures various indicators of health and sports activity, including the ability to determine heart rate in real time (including heart rate variability), count steps taken, measure blood oxygen saturation, and also record time physical activity and distance traveled. The gadget also learned to track sleep quality and maintain a women's calendar.
By comparison, the Inspire 2 was limited to a heart rate monitor, pedometer, calorie counter, and activity tracker. Along with the bracelet, the manufacturer introduced several new exercise modes including high-intensity interval training, weightlifting and dancing. In total, the bracelet supports more than 40 different types of physical activity. The design of the Inspire 3 is reminiscent of the Mi Band fitness trackers: the device is a compact plastic capsule that is inserted into the groove of the silicone strap and worn on the hand. The moisture protection parameters are WR50, which allows hand washing and even swimming in the pool. For soldering with a smartphone, energy-efficient Bluetooth version 5.0 is used. The bracelet can display information about text calls and messages received on the smartphone.

Compared to the previous model, Fitbit Inspire 2, the new tracker has received a number of improvements. Firstly, it is equipped with a 0.7-inch AMOLED screen that supports color display and Always On mode. The display also supports touch control. Secondly, the model has significantly expanded its functionality.
Monitoring functions
The Fitbit bracelet tracks your heart rate in real time, determines heart rate variability, measures blood oxygen levels, records skin temperature on your wrist, keeps a calendar of your menstrual cycle and monitors your sleep quality. This is in addition to the usual functions such as a pedometer, calorie counter and notifications from a paired smartphone. The device has 40 different types of physical activity in its memory.
Decent battery life
The fitness bracelet has a battery life of up to 10 days. Of course, in practice, this depends on the intensity of use of the sensors and the Always On mode - under high load, the tracker will work much less. The device connects to a smartphone via the Fitbit app for Android and iOS, but some features, such as advanced sleep analytics and daily assessment of readiness for training, are available only with a paid Fitbit Premium subscription.
