Gamemax GM Series GM-700

An affordable power supply from Gamemax with a fairly high power reserve of 700 W, a declared efficiency of about 85% and a basic quality certificate of 80+. The model is designed for budget gamers who plan to assemble a mid-range gaming system and would not like to overpay for more prestigious Silver or Gold class solutions. In addition to the 700 W option, the series offers a fairly wide range of capacities (from 400 to 1050 W), which significantly expands possible usage scenarios, including both regular office PCs and fairly powerful systems for video editing, rendering and similar resource-intensive tasks.

The circuitry includes high-temperature capacitors from little-known Chinese manufacturers and solid-state Taiwanese capacitors CapXon. The use of active power factor correction (APFC) improves input voltage stabilization and reduces the load on the electrical network. The presence of an EMI filter at the input minimizes high-frequency interference, improving electromagnetic compatibility and stability.

For active cooling of the power supply, a 139 mm fan is used, which is characterized by a fairly low noise level even under high loads. The use of a semi-modular cable system with fairly long braided wires allows you to neatly organize the internal space in the case, connecting only the necessary cables. A set of protective systems, including protection against overvoltage (OVP), excess current (OPP), short circuit (SCP), undervoltage (UVP), overpower (OLP) and overheating shutdown (OTP).
