Model overview based on user reviews
The Intel Core i7 Kaby Lake series offers good performance and is suitable for gaming, editing, and rendering tasks. Users appreciate its capability to handle demanding applications, with one review noting it works well with a GTX1080Ti for gaming. However, some models, like the i7-7700K, may require overclocking knowledge and delidding to manage high temperatures effectively, as it can reach up to 70 degrees Celsius. Despite these thermal concerns, the processor is considered powerful and affordable, making it a solid choice for those upgrading from older models like the Intel i5 6600k. While it lacks support for Windows 7, it pairs well with various GPUs, providing a seamless experience for gaming and streaming. Overall, the Intel Core i7 Kaby Lake is a reliable choice for users seeking a balance of performance and value.

Writing about the 7700 model without "K".
Good performance, does not heat up
Operates at a frequency of 4.2 GHz on a single core, but when all cores are enabled, it reaches a maximum of 4 GHz, with no support for Windows 7.

I’ve been using the i7 7700k for more than a year, the thermal interface under the cover is disgusting, I immediately replaced it with liquid metal, the temperature dropped by 20 degrees, it calmly runs at 4.9 GHz. It’s a good processor for the money, but I don’t recommend taking it; it’s better to look at the coffe lake i5 and i7 or the ryzen r5 1600 .
good performance, easy overclocking up to 4.9GHz. Works well with GTX1080Ti for gaming.
Temperatures can reach up to 70 degrees when idle, under dropsy, you will have to scalp and replace the heat-conducting interface under the lid with liquid metal.

Good processor, pair it with 960, 970, 980(ti), 1060 6 GB, 1070(ti) and enjoy life.

I7 7700 - top 8.5/10. Games, streams, videos - no problem.
Powerful 9/10 Cold 8/10. Can be used for editing and rendering, in games load is 70%, so streaming is not a problem either.
Heats up to 68 degrees, the price is not great, although I got it for 18k.
