JBL's 2021 on-ear full-size, active noise-cancelling headphones are positioned as a low-cost version of the flagship JBL Live 660NC. Available in four colours: black, blue beige and white. With a light weight of 220 g, a soft headband and large ear cushions made of high-quality leatherette, they have a comfortable fit and passive noise isolation. The JBL Tune 760NC headphones support Bluetooth 5.0 or 3.5mm cable (included). 40mm drivers provide rich bass sound in the best tradition of JBL. Battery life is up to 35 hours with ANC enabled and up to 50 hours without it. A full charge takes 2 hours, a quick charge takes only 5 minutes (enough for 2 hours of work). Excellent headphones for the price. Sound is the bomb! Battery life is good, they charge quickly. 1. Noise cancellation is so-so; for example, if you put on the kettle, you can hear it boiling. 2. The socket for the cord is located on the right earcup, keep this in mind if you plan to use them with an audio cable. 3. Traditional JBL Tune design
Externally, the JBL Tune 760NC retains the signature minimalist style of the Tune series with their signature large logos and a variety of color options. The ear pads, made of artificial leather, are soft and comfortable, providing a comfortable fit to the head without unnecessary pressure on the ears. The build quality and materials are above average, and the plastic feels durable and reliable. Despite the lack of a metal headband, the headphones impress with their durability. The foldable design adds convenience to transport, and the replaceable cable makes it easy to replace or disconnect when using Bluetooth 5.0.
Balanced sound
The sound signature of the JBL Tune 760NC is true to the classic JBL style, but with nice enhancements. Although JBL is known for its powerful bass and youthful appeal, the JBL Tune 760NC offers a more balanced and interesting sound compared to the brand's previous models. The bass does not dominate here, leaving room for other instruments; the sound has become softer and more restrained. The soundstage is surprisingly wide and realistic, which is more common with open-back headphones than closed-back headphones.
