If the ASUS PG27AQDM isn't much more expensive - go for it, it's brighter. Overall, this one is fine too.

- External PSU (does not contribute to panel heating)

- The fan can be heard, although it's very quiet
- Would like maximum brightness to be 15% higher
- Wide stand legs
- The headphone jack is located at the bottom of the monitor (not aesthetically pleasing)

Not exactly downsides, but worth mentioning
- Expected a bigger difference between 144 and 240 Hz
- Noticeable difference in sharpness after switching from a 4K 28"
- The decision to use a remote instead of a joystick for the monitor is strange; it's convenient, but why?
- Would like the warranty to cover burn-in, but there are plenty of protection features, so hopefully it will be fine
