The 27-inch monitor from LG is a mid-range representative of the UltraFine lineup, which combines solutions for professionals. The model is primarily designed for designers and those specializing in photo editing, color grading, video editing, and so on. The display is based on a pseudo 10-bit matrix (8-bit + FRC), created using IPS technology. The panel provides not only wide viewing angles but also good color depth (capable of displaying 1 billion shades), as well as accurate color reproduction "straight out of the box." Additionally, the LG UltraFine 27US500 monitor delights with excellent image detail, since it supports 4K format — resolution of 3840x2160 pixels with a pixel size of only 0.16 mm. The model is equipped with in-demand video transmission interfaces — two HDMI 2.0 and one DisplayPort v 1.4, and has modes for eye protection (reducing flicker, reading mode, etc.), along with a simple stand that is adjustable only for tilt. Other features include a moderate brightness level of 300 nits, standard IPS contrast (1000:1), a refresh rate of 60 Hz, and a response time of 5 ms from gray to gray. Plus, for casual gaming, the Black Stabilizer function can be useful, which enhances dark areas of the frame.
