A cordless angle grinder designed for grinding, cleaning and cutting metal and other materials using abrasive discs, flap wheels, wire brushes and other attachments with a diameter of 125 mm. The tool is equipped with a brushless motor with an electronic protection system and a safety clutch. The Makita DGA515Z angle grinder has a regulator that allows you to adjust the rotation speed of the attachment in the range of 3000 - 8500 rpm, and a function for maintaining speed under load.
The absence of jerks when turning on the engine is ensured by the presence of the "soft start" function. The rear handle is almost completely covered with rubber pads that provide a good grip, and an additional handle can be screwed into the gearbox housing on the left or right. The position of the protective cover is adjusted without a key. In this package, the tool is supplied without a battery and charger. To power the grinder, you need to use a battery from the Makita 18V LXT family.
