Model overview based on user reviews
Microsoft Touch Mouse is a distinctive wireless mouse focused on gesture-based window and document management. Gestures can significantly speed up work with multiple windows, and the symmetrical shape suits both right- and left-handed users. BlueTrack positioning works on many surfaces, but the touch controls require adaptation: scrolling can be inconsistent, right-clicking is awkward, and there is no middle button. The mouse is also considered heavy by several users, while battery life and limited gesture customization may reduce everyday convenience.
Pros
Cons
Not very slippery, and with a substantial weight, my wrist hurts during prolonged use. I'm thinking of changing it, but I haven't decided on what's better yet - still using it. Several gesture-based features are very useful for speeding up switching between windows, especially appreciated by those who have many things open and need to switch between windows frequently. Works on any surface except transparent glass. Random false activations, scrolling doesn't always work correctly, it was more convenient with a regular wheel. Heavy, hand gets tired (even with one battery it's heavy). Not slippery enough. |
