1. Completely cleaned the system from the program and removed the keyboard and mouse drivers.
2. Tried creating different accounts in Synapse.
3. Completely deleted Synapse accounts and created a new one, performing a complete system cleanup from the program.
The keyboard stops working specifically when the Synapse account is enabled. When Synapse is off, there is no problem. If I turned on the computer and the keyboard didn't work, I tried disabling the Synapse account, and the keyboard worked again.
Support looked at my logs for over a month, tortured me with various "advice" like trying to restart the computer, but in the end, they ignored me and didn't help by replying every time, "We cannot reproduce your problem, so we cannot help you."
Only a forced disconnection from the USB port and reconnecting the keyboard helps. But this is very inconvenient with every reboot and turning on the PC.
