A key feature of the system is the versatility of the transmitter. It is equipped with a built-in omnidirectional electret microphone, allowing it to be used as a standalone clip-on microphone without extra wires. At the same time, the presence of a 3.5 mm TRS input allows connecting an external lavalier microphone to it, transforming it into a classic belt-pack transmitter. Both modules, the transmitter and the receiver, weigh only 31 grams and are distinguished by their miniature size, making the system practically invisible when in use. The receiver has a universal clip mount, which also serves for installation...in the camera's cold shoe mount. To adapt to various cameras and recorders, the Rode Wireless GO radio system is equipped with a three-step sensitivity adjustment. Integrated batteries provide long working time, and the package includes windshields for the built-in microphone, connection cables, and a carrying case. |
