Self-Supporting Structure with Durable Frame
The Salewa camping tent in dome-shaped format features a geodesic self-supporting structure. This design enhances resistance to strong gusts of wind and allows the model to be set up even without pegs. The reliability of the Salewa Alpine Hut III is emphasized by an aluminum frame with durable poles 9.5 mm in diameter. It uses a total of five poles, creating six intersection points that make the structure more rigid. Installation does not require much time and effort. The tent's weight remains quite acceptable for its class—about 7.7 kg.
Enhanced Ventilation and Thermal Insulation
The model is equipped with a vestibule of medium length, 95 cm, and the entrance is complemented by a small canopy that helps protect the interior from raindrops.
