The older model from the flagship family of smartphones Samsung Galaxy S23, which debuted in early 2023. Against the background of relatives in the lineup, the device stands out with rectangular body shapes. The front panel of the smartphone meets the user with large screen based on the Dynamic AMOLED 2X sensor with diagonal size of 6.8 inches. The display has curved sides, and it also houses sub-screen fingerprint scanner.

Thanks to LTPO technology, the screen refresh rate can dynamically change from 1 to 120 Hz. The picture is displayed on the smartphone display in high resolution 3088x1440 pixels. The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 256GB/8GB is powered by an overclocked version of the top Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, which has slightly increased the maximum clock frequency (up to 3.36 Hz) and accelerated the Adreno 740 graphics core.
