Read and write speed for large files. Crystal Disk, something like this: 6380 / 4952 5583 / 4999 3075 / can't remember 85 / 182 I also have another 1TB SDD, the cheapest Smartbuy on some crappy controller. So, in CrystalDisk, the last line with the write speed on it is higher (182 for Samsung vs. 224 for Smartbuy). The total for Samsung is better, but the price is 10k higher. For what??? Yes, compared to my Smartbuy 1TB, the Samsung 1TB won in pgbench 13 Postgres in TPS count by one and a half times over, but in reading by only 10% (Debian test, AMD kernel). So there's no point in putting it on a server due to its resource, and there are no servers with PCIe 4.0 yet. And in games with the lowest level, there's absolutely no difference.
