Short description:
The design of this lens includes three elements of low dispersion glass (SLD, Special Low Dispersion): two in the front lens group and one in the rear. This provides effective chromatic aberration correction at any focal length. In the “tele” position (300 mm), macro shooting is possible with a maximum magnification of 1:2. A special selector is provided to switch between macro mode and normal mode when working at focal lengths of 200-300 mm.
