Wireless router with dual Wi-Fi band capability and support for Fast Ethernet cabling infrastructure, providing data transfer rates up to 100 Mbps. The manufacturer is positioned as one of the most affordable routers with support for the Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n/ac standard and the 5 GHz band. Designed for use in a home or small office environment, it is recommended to use it when connected to a Fast Ethernet class provider network (up to 100 Mbps).

The hardware basis of the device was a single-core ARM-processor Qualcomm Atheros QCA9561 (775 MHz), working with 128 MB of RAM. To organize a high-speed Wi-Fi network, the TP-LINK Archer C59 wireless router is equipped with two radio modules and three external antennas that provide decent signal strength: up to 13.5dBm in the 2.4 GHz band and up to 17dBm in the 5 GHz band. According to the manufacturer, thanks to this configuration, the data transfer rate in the first case reaches 450 Mbps, and in the second 867 Mbps.

Connection to the global network is made through the WAN port of the Fast Ethernet standard (100 Mbps). The available 4 LAN ports of the same class can be used to create a small home or office network. The router is equipped with a multifunctional USB Type-A 2.0 port. When connecting a USB drive or printer, a media, FTP, file and print server can be organized. It is easy to install and configure, which, in addition to the standard web interface, can be performed using a smartphone and the Tether application.
