Budget autofocus prime lens from the Viltrox Air optical lineup, which includes compact and lightweight models for full-frame mirrorless cameras. The wide-angle lens in question with a focal length of 20 mm has a body length of 59.5 mm and weighs 157 g. The model is available in versions for Sony FE and Nikon Z bayonet mounts. The optical formula of the lens contains 10 elements in 8 groups.

Special lenses in the scheme include two ED glasses, two aspherical elements, and one lens with an ultra-high refractive index. The Viltrox AF 20mm f/2.8 features a classic 7-blade diaphragm. The focus of the lens is powered by a stepping STM motor, ensuring fast and silent autofocus from a distance of 19 cm. Near the front frame of the model, there is a thread for circular filters with a diameter of 52 mm. In the area of the lens bayonet mount, there's a hidden USB type C port — through which you can update the firmware and fine-tune the operating parameters from a connected computer.
