— relatively simple Chinese analogues of Cherry MX switches, which appeared on the market not so much because of the desire of manufacturers to reduce costs, but because of Cherry's inability to fully satisfy the demand for advanced mechanics. They are quite high quality by the standards of low-cost solutions, but still subject to some problems. In particular, in some keyboards there is inconsistency, “dissimilarity” of switches: individual buttons can differ markedly in sound and feel when pressed.
