The Sniper series from G.Skill releases overclocking DDR4-class RAM with a military design. All Sniper modules are equipped with aluminum radiators with three camouflage color options, including classic, urban camouflage and digital. The Sniper series is created for those users who would like to add individuality to their PC, but do not want to be limited to RGB lighting alone. The manufacturer separately notes that this design will certainly appeal to owners of Asus TUF and WD Black components, which are usually made deliberately rough and brutal.

The Sniper line should appeal to gamers who, when choosing RAM sticks, are looking for quality and performance at an affordable price. Memory chips overclock well, the modest voltage (note: usually 1.2 V) leaves additional room for maneuver, and the heatsinks keep the temperature low even with significant manual overclocking. The only negative is that the height of the ridges is around 42 mm, so the manufacturer recommends comparing the height of the RAM with the height of the tower cooler in advance.

Memory strips are presented in variants with operating frequencies ranging from 2400, 3000, 3200 and 3600 MHz; intermediate variants with 2133, 2666 and 3466 MHz are practically not found on sale. Among the most popular options are single sticks and paired modules with capacities from 8 to 16 GB, which in total provide 16, 32 or 64 GB of RAM. In all cases, support for Intel XMP 2.0 technology with pre-selected operating settings is declared, which greatly simplifies the process of setting up memory for casual users.
