Night binoculars
Night
— binoculars and monoculars designed for use in low light. For normal operation in such conditions, high light transmission is necessary, as a result of which “night” models have large lenses (at least 50 mm), relative brightness of at least 11 and a twilight factor of 20 or more. Of course, they can also be used in daylight. Note that this category does not include astronomical binoculars — this is a separate class with its own characteristics (in particular, with a narrower field of view and greater weight); see the relevant paragraph for more details.Show
