However, it makes sense to specifically look for a switch with such connectors, first of all, when the serviced network equipment also uses 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet; typical examples of such equipment are separate models of NAS servers, as well as wireless routers with Wi-Fi 6/6E support.

The specific number of connectors in this case may be different, it should be specified separately; usually this number rarely exceeds 5, but there are single devices equipped with dozens of 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet ports.
