3D printers for printing with Flex plastic

Flex

— a type of thermoplastic based on polyurethane, the main feature of which is the flexibility and elasticity of finished products — hence the name. In terms of its properties, Flex is often compared with solid silicone: it is not afraid of impacts, is insensitive to oil, gasoline and many other aggressive liquids, wear-resistant and durable (except that the operating temperature for finished products made from this type of plastic is lower than that of silicone, and is up to 100 °C on average).

This material is quite suitable for FDM/FFF printers (see "Printing Technology"), but it requires special settings; therefore, for the use of Flex-plastic, it is best to choose units where compatibility with it is directly stated.
