Model overview based on user reviews
The Samsung Galaxy Note20 256 GB / 4G is a highly capable smartphone that stands out for its S-Pen functionality, offering a wide range of features such as writing on the screen even when the phone is locked. The device is praised for its camera quality, featuring 4K recording and fast laser autofocus, although the camera block does protrude, which can be an issue without a case. The phone delivers excellent performance thanks to its powerful hardware. It supports fast charging, reaching approximately 50% in just 30 minutes, which is beneficial given its moderate battery life that might require a power bank for extended use. The design is appealing with new generation glass that resists scratches, and the screen is appreciated for its quality, although some users prefer higher refresh rates than the 60Hz provided. However, the absence of an SD card slot limits storage expansion. Overall, the Samsung Galaxy Note20 offers a blend of functionality and performance, making it a strong contender in the smartphone market.

I've been using it for more than half a year. Beginning of March 2021. Everything is fine, sometimes I regret not getting the ultra. But size was the criterion. It fits perfectly in jeans pockets. On the downside, the camera glitched, but the Samsung service center replaced it without any issues. There's a free warranty for a year. The screen has some scratches, but that's always the case for me, not too bothered. Especially since my child bit it. There are even tooth chips, but it's not critical. The factory film is still on. The camera is not TOP, but it takes good pictures in sunny weather. Not impressed in artificial lighting. The main drawback is the battery life. A power bank is essential for traveling. The camera, even in the background, consumes a lot. Another downside is the lack of an SDCard. Not critical at the moment, but it will definitely limit usage time for a year. The stylus - for those who use it, it's a must-have. Very important for me. Functionality, camera at 4+ Autonomy, no SDCard |
Hello everyone, I recently bought a smartphone and already have something to say. However, I want to add that I've never used a device from this notebook line, so my opinion might, in one way or another, apply to notebooks in general. The smartphone is very cool in terms of design, I don't know why, but in person, it looks a thousand times better than in photos or videos. But there's one caveat — the "camera module" is gigantic and protrudes significantly, but that's only if you're not using a case. With a case, the camera module is flush with it and looks harmonious. I tried the S-Pen, simply put, the stylus, which has a lot of functions associated with it. Listing them all would make the review very long. What I liked most was the ability to write on the screen when the phone is locked (it's like having a sheet and pen always at hand). The phone managed to take a dip in the bathtub, but after retrieving it, everything still works, and it has dust and moisture protection. The laser autofocus surprised me; it's very fast, taking about half a second to focus. Fast charging was included in the package, charging approximately 50% in 30 minutes. S-Pen, fast charging, very powerful, long-lasting battery, auto-focus, and the camera overall is very good featuring 4K. Cool design, new generation glass, and it doesn't scratch. the camera block protrudes. |
I owned the devices for a couple of months, bought it on Snap, my wife had an S20 also on Snapdragon and 120Hz. I couldn’t come to terms with 60 Hz, it’s so noticeable when you hold two devices together. As a result, I sold it and bought the Note 20 Ultra, also on Snap. The stingy one pays twice, take 120Hz right away, it’s very noticeable! And don’t say that you don’t notice the difference, don’t fool yourself! Everything was fine except the frequency, scrolling is terrible. 60 Hz |
