The seventh generation of the highly popular "apple" smartwatches, launched in the latter half of 2021. The model features minor design changes (the case is even slightly more rounded, although it's hard to notice this with the naked eye), 20% larger display, and a new Apple S7 SiP processor. Along with the increased screen size, the WatchOS operating system has been adjusted, allowing for 50% more text to fit on the screen, an on-screen keyboard, and larger control elements, making it much easier and more convenient to manage the watch.

The manufacturer also claims that the new protective glass is significantly more durable than its predecessor, and the Always on Display mode is 70% brighter. But essentially, the updates end there. The Apple Watch 7 Aluminum smartwatches pair with a smartphone via the Bluetooth v 5.0 wireless protocol and notify the user of incoming calls, notifications, calendar events, and alarms.

Thanks to the built-in microphone and speaker, you can answer calls directly from the watch. The built-in voice assistant Siri is supported. As for user health monitoring, the watch can measure heart rate and blood oxygen saturation, take an ECG, monitor sleep and stress levels, track physical activity, distance traveled, calories burned, etc. It features 18 sports modes. However, the traditional weak spot of Apple smartwatches remains unchanged—the battery provides up to 18 hours of autonomy.
