Clear picture without harm to eyesight
The Asus monitor is positioned as an Eye Care solution, that is, a model that is safe for the eyes. Flicker-free backlighting and Low Blue Light are implemented here. And TÜV Rheinland certification acts as an authoritative confirmation of eye safety.
Asus VP32UQ is the older brother of the VP32AQ. With an identical design, it boasts an IPS-matrix with 4K resolution (against Quad HD), and therefore a clearer, more detailed image. Of the other chips, there is support for HDR, but the peak brightness of the screen does not exceed 350 cd / m², so you should not count on the “wow effect”.
For graphics and games
The 32-inch monitor is well suited for work, viewing multimedia content, games. Designers and other graphics and video professionals will surely appreciate the 10-bit color depth and wide color gamut (100% sRGB space). Together they are the key to high-quality, detailed and realistic color reproduction.
Not demanding gamers will be satisfied with a low response delay (4 ms). And not the fastest matrix (60 Hz) is complemented by synchronization technologies from AMD and NVIDIA, which are responsible for a smooth video sequence without gaps and other image artifacts. Plus, there is a whole range of game features, including a timer, crosshair and FPS display.
Own audio system
One HDMI 2.0 and one DisplayPort v 1.2 are offered for video signal transmission. To listen to audio without additional speakers, you can use both headphones (mini-Jack output is available) and built-in speakers (2x2 W), which should be enough for online conferences.
The minus of the model is the small possibility of adjusting the position of the screen, since the stand allows you to change only its tilt. If this isn't a critical moment for you, then the Asus VP32UQ is an interesting 4K monitor for graphics work and more.
