From the front, the user's gaze is directed to a 5.5-inch screen with a resolution of 2560x1440 pixels, built on the basis of a Super LCD matrix. And on the back of the case is a 12-megapixel camera — one of the best among modern camera phones. The selfie module has an even higher resolution — 16 MP. As usual for a flagship, the body of the device is protected from dust and water according to the IP67 standard. In addition, the built-in battery of the smartphone with a capacity of 3000 mAh has acquired support for fast charging technology.

HTC's next attempt to rehabilitate itself before the brand's adherents for the loss of its former glory was the announcement of the HTC U11 smartphone. As befits a device of the highest division, it has top-end hardware, a bright and juicy display, and some branded "buns" have also been used.
Compression force
Perhaps the main highlight of the smartphone is the sensitive side faces that recognize three levels of compression force. With their help, you can quickly launch the camera, turn on the flashlight or take a screenshot of the screen — this is just a small fraction of the capabilities of the proprietary "chip". Best Camera
From a practical point of view, another strong point of the HTC U11 is much more useful — the best camera among smartphones as of mid-2017. At least this is what the authoritative resource DxOMark claims, which there is no reason not to trust. In tests, the 12-megapixel sensor with a maximum aperture of f/1.7 scores higher than the cameras of the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Google Pixel XL phones, the universally recognized leaders in mobile photography. The photographer comes to the rescue: quick autofocus, an optical image stabilization system, the HDR Bost function, and when the video is zoomed, acoustic focus (increase in sound volume when the focal length is changed upwards).
Ahead of the planet
The hardware platform of the gadget is based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chip and 4 GB of RAM — one of the most powerful bundles of our time. The screen of a smartphone with a resolution of 2560x1440 pixels at a diagonal of 5.5 "does not graze the rear ones either. However, 3000 mAh batteries are not always enough for a day of model activity — the display is still inferior to SuperAMOLED solutions in terms of "voracity".
Security
The smartphone is ready for the beach season right out of the box — its protection against dust and water is confirmed by compliance with the IP67 standard(there is the possibility of submerging the device to a depth of 1 m for half an hour). Due to security, the gadget lost its 3.5 mm jack. Instead, the phone comes with headphones with active noise reduction and a sound adjustment system for each ear, connected via a USB Type-C port.
Mirror
It would be useful to mention the glossy back of the model, which can replace a mirror. It looks very nice, but at the same time actively collects fingerprints and small scratches. However, they will not be visible on some body colours, and in this regard, the Taiwanese manufacturer provides 5 colour schemes at the discretion of the public at once.
