An advanced top-of-the-line gaming mouse, primarily notable for its high-precision Hero optical sensor, plenty of buttons, and solid mechanical switches. The device has a special ergonomic body shape, which makes it as convenient as possible for use in games of any genre — from shooters to strategies; but because of the same shape, the model is more suitable for use in the right hand.

The user has a set of 12 programmable buttons that provide quick and convenient execution of basic commands, and with the help of a 4D wheel, you can scroll the contents of the screen not only vertically, but also horizontally. The manufacturer also provides the ability to adjust the resolution of the sensor in the range from 100 to 16000 DPI. The Logitech G604 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Mouse uses a wireless type of connection to a computer, while it can work both via a radio signal, which requires a special USB receiver to be connected to a PC, and via Bluetooth.

The mouse boasts a high supported maximum speed (10 m/s) and acceleration (40 G), which provides the ability to instantly “react” to changes in the game, while the quality of the keys and their durability are ensured by time-tested mechanical switches. Uninterrupted operation of the mouse for 6 months is guaranteed by an AA battery. The body is configured to provide the most comfortable palm grip.

Definitely worth buying, should be priced higher
13 July 2021
Bought it to replace my old Razer Naga. Everyone has their preferences, and once you get used to a large number of buttons, it's hard to go back. The 6 additional side buttons are quite convenient and don't get in the way. In my opinion, the dpi adjustment buttons are useless; I don't understand who uses them and how, and for what purpose? I reassigned them to my liking and am very satisfied; it's incredibly convenient to have not one but three buttons under the index finger. This significantly unburdened my left hand, making it more comfortable and easier to play my favorite games. I got less distracted by controls and could focus more on macro play and micro control. The design, shape, and material of the mouse are very comfortable; sometimes I forget I'm playing with a mouse, and it feels like it's just my hand. The sensor is impeccable, with no delay and no tracking issues. Nothing to discuss. It holds a charge for 4+ months on a single Duracell battery.
All of the above. Give two.
Well, except maybe the software. Initially, it didn't work correctly. Over time, they fixed it.

Do I recommend it for purchase? Yes, for those who want an upgrade. The mouse is excellent. And its
6 January 2020
The mouse feels comfortable in hand. If you hold it with two fingers under the middle buttons, it hangs evenly. The center of mass is in the middle. Probably, that's why they installed the metal wheel, to balance it.

The platform on the left is convenient. It's lacking considerably on the right, but it's manageable.

All the buttons work smoothly, are convenient, and don't wobble. No complaints.

The wheel rattles if you shake the mouse. Some may not like this, but I don't really care about it. The main thing is that everything works smoothly.

The mouse has the most advanced sensor, you can set it to 16k DPI. I don't understand why this is needed. Most cyber athletes and streamers play with 800 DPI, some even with 400. Rarely with 1600. It's ultimately just useless.

The polling rate of the mouse is 1000 Hz. This is probably very cool. But as an ordinary user, I don't notice it.

Objectively, I play with 800 DPI and 40 sensitivity. I didn't see any differences between the MX518 and the G604. I don't know what sensor the 518 has, but it always works correctly. Meanwhile, the 518 has a 125 Hz polling rate.

The MX518 is lighter, as it doesn't have a battery. My hand doesn't get tired from the G604, and I don't know who would care about the weight.
many buttons, smell, quality (well, we'll see about that), wireless, modern, beautiful. The sensor is the coolest, even though it's more of a marketing thing, as I didn't understand its advantages. No backlight. So the battery will last longer.

Logitech G604.
Decided to buy myself a newer mouse. Wanted a wireless gaming one for PUBG. Initially had a Bloody R8 and MX518, which was bought to replace an MX300. The MX300 only had worn-out plastic. The MX518 had DPI stickers on the buttons. No complaints about performance. Always reliable. Trust in Logitech was always justified, starting with the ball mice that never broke either. With the Bloody R8, sometimes a dead zone appeared during intense gaming. You'd move the mouse, but the cursor wouldn't move. Happened randomly. The mouse was set aside. Wanted a wireless solution because it's more convenient. Also, the wire doesn't get in the way, though some might complain...:) Initially, I wanted to get a used G403, G603, G703 from Avito for 2k to 3k. Then I saw the wireless G502 and fell in love. It looks stunning, an aggressive design with many buttons. Truly the most beautiful and aggressive mouse on the planet. Watched reviews, not much information in Russian, but it's available. In YouTube comments on Doc's G502 review, I saw G604 mentioned. Didn't like the price of the G502. 9k is too expensive. Clearly marketing, in my opinion. Looked up the G604, liked its appearance, lots of buttons. Design is okay too. Decided to get it. Found a used one on Avito for 5k,
price, but that's subjective. It's not as much as for the G502 :)
There are many complaints about glitchy software, which isn't very professional, of course.
Lighting, there's none at all. Some might not like that.
Weight. It's said to weigh 135 grams. I don't think it's such a big deal. But, perhaps, some might notice differences in behavior between light and heavy mice.

Package contents: Mouse, USB extension cord, battery, sticker, and papers
The box it came in was small (given the mouse's price, it's odd but practical), remembering the box from the MX518, it was huge. But the essence isn't in the box, of course.
Connected and worked immediately. DPI switched. But there were issues installing the G HUB software.
Google helped, and I ended up creating a new user in Windows 10, and the software installed. I spent a couple of hours and some nerves searching for a solution. Technical support did a great job: they simply didn't respond. Probably still celebrating New Year and not up for work.

About the software: the difference between G HUB and Gaming Software is only in design. All the functions work basically the same, just in G HUB, everything is done haphazardly and poorly. It's unclear why a different program, design, and the same functionality were needed.

normal model, nothing special

Excellent, precise wheel. Additional buttons. Response time via Wi-Fi and battery life via Bluetooth.
The surface is peeling off. The Logitech G-Hub software is unfinished, especially regarding different profiles. I really wish they would redo it. You spend half an hour on the settings, and they reset after a couple of days...
