Happy with the purchase. At least the monitor is great in terms of picture quality, it has enough contrast and brightness, the monitor is clear and factory-set correctly, making it comfortable for gaming, no dead pixels. Color rendering. Assembly. Design. So far, no problems |
There really are enough advantages, the picture is decent, the backlight is normal. The case and material are not easily soiled. There is not a single dead pixel, I like the screen format - curved. The price is reasonable. In short, everything is super, worth the money Everything is fine. No problem. |
The monitor has more than enough advantages, for example, there is a curved display, normal contrast and maximum matrix brightness, bit depth too, support for adaptive sync and flicker free low blue, color reproduction, even the speakers are not bad I don't think they are |
Curved 4K Display
In 2018, Phillips updated its range of monitors by releasing several affordable yet highly interesting models. One of them, the Philips 328E1CA, boasts a rare combination of a 32-inch curved panel with 4K resolution and a significantly expanded color range. It offers a vibrant and rich picture with 99% coverage of the NTSC color space or 122% coverage of sRGB. These are quite impressive figures, making it suitable for professional color work. And when it turned out that this goodness costs less than $500, Phillips immediately caught our attention.
Modest Appearance
The Philips 328E1CA has a homely, unassuming, and minimalist look. The stand base is a square ring, if you can call it that. The stand is made of silver-colored metal with a powder coating. Overall, the design looks modern and versatile, fitting well in both a work office and a gamer's bedroom. As for the panel, it has a decent 4 ms response time and a somewhat basic 60 Hz refresh rate. Due to these factors, the monitor lacks a bit of clarity in dynamic scenes, especially if you've previously used a monitor with 120 or 144 Hz.
No Weak Spots
Now let's quickly go over everything else. For connecting to a signal source, it uses Display Port and a pair of HDMI 2.0 ports. There is a standard VESA mount for wall mounting. Just in case, the body includes a pair of surprisingly decent 3-watt speakers. We can't think of anything else to want for this price.
