This Razer gaming mouse is not the most expensive by Razer standards, featuring an increased number of programmable buttons, Speedflex USB cable, neat RGB lighting, and durable optical key switches with a significant click lifespan. It belongs to the 2023 Cobra lineup, positioned as a simpler and more affordable alternative to the uncompromising esports mouse Cobra Pro. Compared to the Cobra Pro, this USB version is lighter and cheaper, with a simpler optical sensor maximum resolution of 8500 DPI instead of the elite Focus Pro optical sensor with 30000 DPI sensitivity.

The sensor's maximum speed reaches 300 IPS with a peak acceleration of up to 35G. It connects to a PC or laptop via a classic USB interface using a flexible and soft braided cable that sometimes creates a feeling of wireless connectivity. The mouse is equipped with 5 buttons, 2 on the front panel, 2 on the side, and one directly under the wheel. It uses third-generation Razer optical switches with a lifespan of 90 million clicks, the same switches installed in the Cobra Pro model.

The mouse has built-in memory for storing different key combinations for various games. Unlike the Cobra Pro version, which can store up to 5 profiles with different control settings, the regular Cobra stores only one alternative profile. The model weighs only 58 g, achieving a low weight without losing construction rigidity. High-quality matte plastic has a slightly rough texture, which excellently resists dirt and is easy to clean.

The ergonomic shape allows a comfortable grip with both palm and fingertip holds, and the switch located at the bottom enables the sensor resolution to be changed even during gameplay. Replaceable Teflon feet ensure the device moves effortlessly in any direction. At the rear of the body, the company logo and a small strip at the base are illuminated. The lighting is Chroma RGB with 16.8 million colors.
