Super wide-angle prime lens for Sony mirrorless cameras with an APS-C image sensor, equivalent to a focal length of about 17mm at full frame. Optically, the model is constructed according to the formula "12 elements in 11 groups". At the same time, three aspherical lenses are introduced into the optical scheme of the lens to ensure high resolution and sharpness around the entire perimeter of the frame.

Sony 11mm f/1.8 E is designed for interior and landscape photo and video shooting. In manual focusing mode, the lens focuses from a distance of 15 cm, when using autofocus - from 17 cm. The focus mode switch slider is placed directly on the body of a fixed lens, there is a focus hold button near it. The diaphragm of the model is 7-blade. When shooting on its open holes, you can achieve a spectacular background blur. 55 mm filters can be attached to the front lens of the lens. The model is also claimed to be weather resistant. The over-width has dimensions of 66x58 mm and weighs only 181 g.
