The lens will definitely please everyone for the money. If you often photograph intimate parties, dinners, real estate apartments and offices, or street landscape photography, and are ready, in case of emergency, to tweak the settings of the device, this glass is definitely very good. The lens is very compact, and with it cameras from the 6000 line can easily be placed in a jacket or sweatshirt pocket. So, 16f28 is a good addition to a glass collection, and maybe a good working tool in the right hands.
Compact, relatively sharp.
for this price, there are no drawbacks.

Very, very compact! Excellent picture and good aperture!
A figure of 1.8 would come in handy, but given the viewing angle, even this is enough for the eyes. You can't draw on such a focal bokeh.
