I have been using the lens for 3 years now. I purchased it for the Sony A6000 because... Knowing the crop factor of the camera, I wanted to get something universal for shooting portraits both outdoors and indoors

It is surprising that some "photographers" completely overlook what they are commenting on. Gentlemen, this is a Sony SEL-35F18 35mm F1.8 lens! Yet some "experts" here are discussing a comparable lens from the SAM series, whose specs and price differ significantly!

A wonderful pancake for crop. Focuses perfectly when shooting video.
Size, weight, aperture ratio, affordable price, stabilization, blurs beautifully.
