Tamron 100-400mm f/4.5-6.3 VC USD Di (A035E)

A long-range lens for shooting at long distances, available in versions for Canon and Nikon cropped and full-frame DSLRs. The model works out in the range of focal lengths from 100 to 400 mm. Coupled with a change in the focal length upwards, the aperture of the lens “darkens” from f / 4.5 to f / 6.3. The built-in optical stub with an efficiency of up to four exposure steps is called upon to compensate for its deficiency.

One of the microprocessors of the Dual MPU signal processing system "manages" stabilization issues. The second same processor provides fast and accurate autofocus from a distance of 1.5 m. The optical formula of the Tamron 100-400mm F / 4.5-6.3 Di VC USD consists of 17 elements in 11 groups, including three LD elements. It also uses eBAND's proprietary lens coating to eliminate glare and reflections. In addition, the lens is equipped with a retractable “trunk” locking mechanism (so that it does not move out under its own weight during transportation). The telephoto weighs over 1.1 kg, and it protrudes from the camera body by almost 20 cm.
