A full-frame prime lens from the premium Super Performance line that delivers unparalleled high image resolution combined with beautiful bokeh. You can get spectacular background blur when shooting at open apertures — up to f / 1.4 inclusive. Tamron SP 35mm f/1.4 Di USD is assembled in a dust- and moisture-proof case made of high-quality plastic. The bayonet mount is metal. The optical scheme of the lens uses 14 elements in 10 groups.

Of these, 3 are molded aspherical elements and another 4 are made of LD glass. Broad-Band Anti-Reflection Generation 2 lens coating is used to reduce glare. The lens has a focus scale, and manual focus interception is also supported when autofocus is on. The thread for the light filter on the “nose” of the model has a diameter of 72 mm. The weight of the fixed lens turned out to be considerable — 800 g with a small "tail". A fix is available in versions for Canon and Nikon mirror full frames.
