An affordable and reliable internal (embedded) hard drive of 3.5" form factor from the WD AV-GP family of SATA HDD drives from 2013. This line includes 7 models with capacities from 500 GB to 3 TB. The firmware of this model is optimized for streaming recording digital video signal in home video recorders, media centers and professional video surveillance systems. Equipped with an impressive RAM buffer of 64 MB.

Supports proprietary SilkStream technology, which ensures trouble-free recording of multiple video streams. It features moderate power consumption (no more than 5.3 W in intensive use mode) and low level. noise (no more than 24 dB). IntelliPark and IntelliPower functions significantly reduce power consumption during idle (only 0.7 W) Maintains operation over a wide temperature range, which makes it possible to use it in systems with silent passive cooling.

Advanced firmware ensures uninterrupted operation. 24/7 video recording from up to 12 HD cameras. The WD AV-GP WD10EURX 1000 GB hard drive allows you to record up to 200 hours of high-definition video or 1000 hours of standard TV programs. Connects using the SATA3 interface with a bandwidth of up to 6 Gbit/s. Easily fits into the configuration of a modern multimedia player for a FullHD or UltraHD home theater.
