Praxis Works M30 68 Threaded BSA Bottom Bracket The Praxis Works M30 68 Threaded BSA Bottom Bracket keeps the bearings outside of the frame, allowing both a wider platform for increased stiffness and bypassing any frame tolerance issues giving the bearings a longer, smoother and quieter lifespan. The 7075 T6 aluminium cups with steel cartridge bearings are simple to install and allow the use of one spindle across all three of the most common bottom bracket standards.

Praxis Works M30 386 Evo Road Bottom Bracket Specifically designed for use when installing a Praxis Works M30 road crankset to a 386EVO frame, the Praxis Works M30 386 Evo Road Bottom Bracket is the perfect solution. This quality component is only compatible with Praxis M30 cranks and 386EVO road frames with a width of 86.5mm and a diameter of 46mm, and should not be used with other 30mm cranks. The bottom bracket uses 30mm bearings on the drive side for added stiffness and durability and uses 28mm bearings on the non-drive side.

##Praxis Works Wide Narrow 110BCD Wave Chainring Using their own Wave Tech 1x technology, Praxis Works have designed the Wide Narrow 110BCD Wave Chainring to not only give better chain retention than a standard wide/narrow system, but also clear mud better and cause less chain wear. The Wave Tech 1x teeth put an alternating lateral load on the chain as it wraps around the chainring, actively gripping the sides of the chain. The chainrings are still manufactured from 7075-T6 aluminium and then hard anodised for greater durability. **Please note:** In rough terrain, or just for security, use of an upper guide is still recommended.
