And the mentioned marking just indicates the dimensions: the first two digits correspond to the diameter in millimeters, and the remaining three to the length in tenths of a millimeter. Accordingly, although the dimensions 21700 is far from the largest in the series, it provides quite significant dimensions – 21 mm in diameter and 70 mm in length.
