USB (type B)

— connector for connecting the AV receiver to a PC or laptop as a USB slave — a peripheral device controlled from a computer. Such a connection can be used to broadcast sound from a PC to the receiver, to control settings (this method is often more convenient than the classic one, from your own panel or remote control), firmware updates and other specific tasks.
