Cheese spatula

— a specific type of cheese knife, also called a "cheese planer" in some countries. In accordance with the name, it looks like a small spatula with a slot; one of the edges of the slot protrudes slightly and becomes sharpened, and it plays the role of a blade. Such a device allows you to easily cut the cheese into even slices. However note that the blades are designed for small pieces of cheese — the width of the piece should not be more than the width of the blade, otherwise it will not work to cut the product neatly.
