Serrated kitchen knives
Serrated blade
— the presence of teeth (serrated sharpening) on the knife blade. Thanks to the teeth, the life of the blade can be significantly increased: even a noticeably dull serrated knife can quite successfully cope with cutting due to the fact that when moving back and forth, the teeth work in the manner of a saw. On the other hand, if such a knife is already completely dull, it will either have to be thrown away or turned into a regular one with a smooth blade. And although a serrated blade is considered the best option for some products (for example, bread), the capabilities of a serrated blade are still somewhat narrower than those of a smooth one.serrated blade | clear | Save List |
