There's Not An App For That
When Inspector Gadget was invented, no one had the handy little gadgets we carry with us at all times. You know, our pocket dictionaries, navigators, boombox, transla more→tor, gaming devices... and, well, telephones? They're pretty useful. But they when it comes to gadget goodness, we want more. We want a device that'll help us spring over crowds when we're trying to find our friend group during a music festival. We want a device that'll let us tip our hat to a neighbor when our hands are full. And we really wouldn't mind a helicopter headpiece function either. So until they make an app for all of those functions, we'll still be looking to Inspector Gadget for our life …

The crime-fighting inspector that took us all by storm in the '90s certainly had a number of amazing tricks up his sleeve.  Unfortunately, most of them didn't usually help more→in actually solving any of the crimes that he was investigating!  That came down to the best component in all of Inspector Gadget's whole repertoire... his niece, Penny!  With her creative wit and go-get-'em tomboy attitude, it was certain that the baddies would lose and the case would be solved!
