Key backlight

— this function assumes the possibility of highlighting each individual key using a light bulb or LED located under it. The presence of such a backlight is almost guaranteed to mean the presence of a training mode as well (see "Functions / Capabilities") — it is in the training mode that the synthesizer highlights the keys that the student must press. This is more convenient than watching tool prompts. However, the backlight complicates the design and affects the cost, so not all "training" models have this function.
