This metal has long been synonymous with wealth, and this status has been preserved to this day: gold earrings are not cheap, but they look appropriate, and they also emphasize the status of the owner (owner). However note that the sample of gold and the specific composition of the jewelry alloy may be different. At the same time, impurities are used not only to reduce the cost, but also to improve performance (pure gold is poorly suited for jewelry for a number of reasons). In general, the higher the fineness, the higher the gold content, the softer the material and the longer it retains its luster. The classic options for jewelry are 585 and 750 samples.
