Acoustics 2.1 high grade for those who know a lot about high-quality sound. In the arsenal of the multimedia kit there is a bass subwoofer and two satellites for it with dimensions of 156x127x217 mm. The total power of the audio system is 150 watts, of which 70 watts is taken over by the subwoofer. On its "facade" is an open eight-inch woofer. Also, the cones of the satellite speakers are deliberately not covered.
The two-way speakers of the set are equipped with titanium tweeters and 3.5-inch mid-range drivers. The bass line in the Edifier S351DB is led not only by the subwoofer, but also by the satellites. To do this, a phase inverter was inserted into their back side, which is connected from about 100 Hz. In terms of connections, the model was armed with two RCA inputs, digital interfaces for optics and coaxial cable, as well as a Bluetooth 4.0 wireless module with AptX support (you can stream an uncompressed stream from your smartphone to the speakers). For remote control of the 2.1 multimedia system, a convenient remote control is used. In addition, the frequency fine-tuning knobs are placed on the side face of the body of one of the satellites. The complete set weighs over 17 kg.

I've been using it for several months and am very pleased with the purchase. I would like to note that in the reviews there are a lot of dissatisfied people related to the squeaking of high frequencies, and I myself was afraid that such a problem would begin for me. Maybe, of course, my ears no longer perceive this frequency range and I don’t hear this whistle. However everything works very well. Compared to the previous Edifier R1580DB(2.0), the sound is much clearer, but I really missed the bass. Their appearance is pleasant, and the size of the speakers for a computer desk will be roomy.
