Replacing my old R5-2600, I got an excellent, powerful processor, the 5600X. The processor fit perfectly with my Asus TUF B450-Plus Gaming motherboard (Bios:3802). It's fully compatible with the Asus TUF-RTX3070-O8G-V2-Gaming LHR graphics card and the RAM 4x8=32GB (3200MHz XMP). Impressive single-core performance
Until AMD announced the low-end Ryzen 3 Vermeer models, the rather powerful and expensive Ryzen 5 5600 is in fact the youngest member of the family.
