It is positioned as a model of the upper price category, designed to create high-speed wireless networks and a performant cable network infrastructure suitable for participating in e-sports tournaments. The Asus ROG Strix GS-AX5400 router is capable of providing impressive data transfer speeds and minimal latency for comfortable gaming in any dynamic game projects.

Equipped with one Gigabit Ethernet WAN port and four Gigabit Ethernet LAN ports, one of which can be switched to WAN mode to support Dual WAN load balancing technology. The Gear Accelerator feature allows you to increase the priority of individual devices. Another handy gaming feature is VPN Fusion. If the router is connected to any private network or service, individual clients (gaming devices) can access the Internet bypassing the VPN.

There is also a USB 3.2 Gen1 port for connecting 3G / 4G (LTE) modems, external USB drives and printers. With a powerful processor and four dual-band radios, the router delivers an impressive theoretical throughput of up to 574 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz band and up to 4804 Mbps on the 5 GHz carrier frequency. The case of the device is decorated with proprietary multi-zone illumination Asus Aura.
