A cordless hammer drill with an SDS+ chuck, designed to perform installation and some dismantling work during construction and repair. With this tool, you can make holes up to ⌀24 mm in concrete and brickwork (up to ⌀54 when drilling with a hollow crown), up to ⌀27 mm in wood and up to ⌀13 mm in metal. The Makita DHR242RTJ hammer drill is equipped with a brushless electric motor and a safety clutch that protects against kickback when the tool jams. The maximum impact energy is 2 J, and the chuck rotation speed reaches 950 rpm. The hammer drill comes with a plastic case for storing and carrying the tool with accessories, two Makita 18V LXT batteries with a capacity of 5 Ah each, a charger, a drilling depth limiter and an additional handle.
